Project Manager 

Candidate should have a minimum of Fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry including Five (5) years of project management experience for major oil/gas projects. Candidate must have been in CONSULTANT’s organization for at least five (5) years in a similar position.

Candidate should be able to drive, manage, direct, and guide the team to achieve the project objectives. High professional competence and management skills are the prime requisites to motivate his team to achieve high-quality performance during the execution of the project.

 

Engineering Manager 

Candidate should have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Candidate must have been in CONSULTANT’s organization for at least five (5) years in a similar position. An advanced degree in Engineering Management and/or training or experience in Project Management is desirable. Must have demonstrated the ability to manage engineering efforts for projects in major oil/gas companies.

Participation with real contribution during the performance of optimization studies by FEED Engineer is anticipated for this position. Candidate must possess good experience in the execution of FEED for similar projects thereby assuming total responsibility and accountability for the work. Familiarity with the Operating & Control philosophy as well as various control systems and their sub-systems to be employed is essential.

Engineering Manager

Specialist QA/QC Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must be fully conversant with quality systems applicable for similar projects and a track record of direct participation in quality audits would be preferred. Candidate must have worked as Senior QA/QC Engineer for an Engineering CONSULTANT, CONSULTANT, or owner organization engaged in the design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of major oil/gas projects from FEED and through an intermediary phase of EPC. Familiarity & involvement in projects in the Middle East would be an advantage.

Specialist HSE Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in environmental / loss prevention engineering from an accredited university.

Fully conversant with international standards, guidelines as well as specific local requirements to be applied for major oil/gas processing facilities during design, engineering, and construction. Candidate must have been involved in safety, HAZOP reviews during Front End Engineering design phase and Detailed Engineering, Procurement & Construction phases of similar projects.

Candidate must be fully aware of all Health, Safety & Environmental standards and practices generally adopted in large-size projects and their implementation during construction & commissioning. Candidate shall have organized safety training & programs at the site for CONSULTANTs & owners personnel involved in project and plant operations.

Specialist Project Control Engineer
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Must be fully aware of contract types, project planning, project execution work processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning), estimating systems & software, and manufacturing processes for critical and major project equipment. Candidate must be familiar with Monte Carlo simulations for risk analysis, ISO 9000 requirements, project financial analysis, etc.

Specialist Cost Control & Estimation Engineer
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Must have advanced Excel skills, as well as, have extensive experience using Cost Estimation and risk analysis software in the oil and gas industry and on major projects. Must have a thorough understanding of project execution process and can interpret contract terms, conditions, and specifications. Must be familiar with total cost management techniques and Cost Engineering Certification from AACE would be desirable.

Specialist HVAC Engineer 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Extensive expertise in the design, engineering & selection of HVAC equipment for oil and gas projects of comparable complexity and value is essential. Candidate must be familiar with the latest design of HVAC equipment Controls and systems. Must have the capability and experience to supervise/manage FEED and the development of its deliverables. Previous experience in the execution and commissioning of HVAC works in the field is preferable. Candidate must be fully knowledgeable about codes, standards & recommended practices for this discipline. Experience with CONSULTANT or owner organization in the execution of similar projects is mandatory. Such participation in projects in the Middle East would be preferable.

Specialist Telecom /Telemetry Engineer 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering from an accredited university.
Fully familiar with international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be adopted during the Pre-FEED, FEED & EPC phases of oil/gas projects. Thorough knowledge of Telecom/ Telemetry packages which includes but is not limited to Telecommunications infrastructures, Transmission systems, Radio Systems, Voice & Data Networking, CCTV, Public Address, Access Control, Pipeline/wellheads SCADA Systems and Leak Detection systems generally incorporated in major oil /gas project is essential. Must have the capacity to supervise & manage FEED ENGINEER & development of FEED deliverables. Participation with contribution during field installation commissioning and testing of Telecom/ Telemetry systems shall be demonstrable during project execution.

Specialist Reliability Engineer
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) from an accredited university.

Practical experience in the application of reliability improvement tools (RCM, RCA, RCFA, TPM) PM & PDM strategies, standard operating procedures, and other advanced reliability methods. In-depth knowledge and experience with the use of CMMS.

Specialist Integrity Assurance Engineer
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must be fully conversant with Asset Integrity Management Systems for oil/gas companies. A proven track record in developing and implementing integrity initiatives is required. Integrity experience gained in projects, operations, maintenance, and inspection would be preferred. Familiarity with programs of verification, risk management, and process safety is essential. Prior experience with projects and facilities in the Middle East would be advantageous.

Corrosion Protection System Specialist
B.S. or equivalent degree in Elect. Engineering / Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering from an accredited university. An additional qualification from professional bodies as a NACE CP-4/CP-3 engineer is mandatory.

Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist with engineering CONSULTANTs/ CONSULTANT during the FEED phase / EPC phase of similar Oil & gas related projects. Fully conversant with industry standards & practices, familiarity with CP materials specifications/performance & investigation of Cathodic Protection systems on all types of structures detailed design preparation, engineering calculations and reviews, remarks, comments & recommendations on various designs and materials as per the specification of operating plants, site surveys, installation, installation training, supervision of installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, report writing, CP monitoring, site investigative surveys, recommendations for up-gradation, trouble-shooting, manufacturing, assembling and testing of CP equipment.

FRP/GRE Piping Specialist 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Besides extensive expertise in piping design & engineering related to all phases of Projects, like Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC, experience in FRP/GRE piping materials application, hydraulics, surge, and stress analysis as well as knowledge of required calculations related to GRE pipe/fitting is essential. Candidate must be fully knowledgeable about relevant latest codes, standards & recommended practices for this discipline. Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist with engineering CONSULTANTs/ CONSULTANT during different phases of similar Oil & gas related projects. Candidates must have experience in 3D Modelling environments and other related software to develop relevant deliverables. Experience in the execution of similar projects is a must. Prior experience in projects handled in the Middle East will be an added advantage.

HDPE Piping Specialist 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Besides extensive expertise in piping design & engineering related to all phases Project, like Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC, experience in HDPE piping materials application, hydraulics, surge, and stress analysis as well as knowledge of required calculations related to HDPE pipe/fittings is essential. Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist with engineering CONSULTANTs/ CONSULTANT during of similar Oil & gas related projects Candidates must have experience in 3D Modelling environment and other related software to develop relevant deliverables. Piping Vibration Analysis Specialist 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering from an accredited university. Practical experience in solving the piping vibration issues in the plant including extensive exposure to vibration measurement techniques and assessment. Candidate must have experience in piping dynamic/static analysis, FIV/AIV calculations, and international guidelines to resolve vibration issues in line with particular operation philosophies and methodologies.

Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist with engineering CONSULTANTs/ CONSULTANT during the FEED phase / EPC phase of similar Oil & gas related projects. Fully conversant with industry standards & practices, familiarity with piping specifications, investigation of piping systems vibrations, detailed design preparation, engineering calculations, operation procedures, site investigative surveys, and handling implementation of mitigation measures.

Piping Vibration Analysis Specialist 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.

Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data. Adept at using data processing platforms like Hadoop

Candidate should have the ability and experience in the following:

  • Gather data: Analysts often collect data themselves. This could include conducting surveys, and gathering of company’s data from various databases and systems. Should have proficiency in SQL, ORACLE, etc.
  • Clean data: Raw data might contain duplicates, errors, or outliers. Cleaning the data means maintaining the quality of data in a spreadsheet or through a programming language so that your interpretations won’t be wrong or skewed.

Specialist – Data Scientist 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering with advanced degrees in Data science and/or mathematics.

Work experience as a data scientist in a related field of a minimum of 5 years Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases and development of data-driven models Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with international standards and best practices in the related field.

Candidate should have the ability and experience in the following:

Specialist – Technology Scouting
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) from an accredited university.

Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist with engineering CONSULTANTs/ Technology CONSULTANT involved in scouting technologies in the chemical/petrochemical/oil & gas industry. Should be fully conversant with technology assessments including opportunity evaluation, scouting of technology providers for a given opportunity/challenge, assessment of technology suitability, commercial references, technology deep dive, company overview & its credentials, due diligence to rank shortlisted technologies to enable select the most suitable technology

Specialist – Business Intelligence
B.S. or equivalent degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Process / Automation / Instrumentation / Electrical
/ Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university. Candidates having an MBA will be preferred.

Candidate must have extensive expertise in various business intelligence tasks like goal setting, performance tracking, strategic objectives, planning & monitoring progress, performance reports, higher management, information flyers, shareholders presentations, technical document preparations, and employee awareness sessions, etc. Candidate must have a minimum of 12 years experience working as a lead engineer or specialist in Performance monitoring or Strategic planning roles with Management CONSULTANTs/CONSULTANT during different phases of similar Oil & gas-related projects.

Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of all discipline-related international codes, standards, and other industry practices to be adopted during the DEFINE & EXECUTE Phases of the project. Also, in-depth knowledge about business processes, audits, KPIs, etc., will be desired.

He/she shall be accountable for closely liaising and interface work with the site’s technical team,

Senior Process Engineer 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.

Must have executed similar projects as the lead process engineer for FEED & detailed engineering with an engineering CONSULTANT/CONSULTANT organization. Full involvement and contribution in design, engineering, P&IDs reviews, Energy Efficiency Reviews, Plant Energy Optimization, HAZOP & safety reviews are essential. In addition, familiarity with licensor packages, as well as coordination experience, is mandatory. Management of FEED deliverables will be an added qualification. Candidate must have proven capability to independently handle process simulations, and calculations and prepare optimization reports.

Senior Electrical Engineer 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

Fully familiar with international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be applied for oil/gas projects during the FEED & EPC phase of execution. Experience to manage FEED Engineers & FEED deliverables is distinctly preferred. Candidate must have proven ability to contribute during the development of electrical system studies and HAZOP / e-Hazop (SAFOP) reviews.

Senior Control / Instrumentation Engineer 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical / Control System Engineering from an accredited university.

Fully familiar with international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be adopted during FEED & EPC phases of oil/gas projects. Thorough knowledge of DCS, ESD, F&G, ECS (Electronic Control System) and IPCS (Integrated Process & Control Systems), and SCADA systems generally incorporated in major oil/gas projects is essential. Must have the capacity to supervise & manage FEED Engineers for the development of FEED deliverables. Familiarity with subsystems viz. fire & gas, emergency shutdown systems, etc., and Advance Process Controls will be an added qualification. Participation with contribution during P&IDs reviews, shop & field-testing of control systems shall be demonstrable during project execution.

Senior Civil Engineer 
B.S. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of all international codes, standards (such as BS, ACI, ASCE, AISC, IBC, BSEN) and other industry practices to be adopted during FEED & EPC Phases of the project. Candidate must be competent in the design and detailing of civil works such as foundations, piles, building elements, equipment foundations, culverts, roads, drainage, UG network, etc., and must possess extensive knowledge of technical requirements of FEED & EPC phases of the project. Must be competent to inspect, assess and recommend suitable repair/ rehabilitation schemes for deteriorated/aged concrete elements. Candidate shall have experience in developing SOW for related works, tender documents, and technical bid evaluation. Candidate shall have a good working knowledge of the latest version of civil design and analysis software such as STAAD, Foundation 3D, Mat 3D, ETABS, Prokon, etc. Proficiency in the design of blast-resistant buildings, dynamic foundations, damage assessment & identification of optimal restoration, adequacy checks, and other special constructions will add to the qualification. Senior Structural Engineer
B.S. or equivalent degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of all international codes, standards (such as BS, AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, BSEN) and other industry practices to be adopted during FEED & EPC Phases of the project. Candidate must be competent in the design and detailing of structural works such as pipe racks, process structures, platforms, pipe supports, steel shelters, buildings, etc., and must possess extensive knowledge of technical requirements of FEED & EPC phases of the project. Must be competent to assess structural adequacy of existing steel structures and recommend suitable strengthening/repair schemes, damage assessment & identification of optimal restoration. Candidate shall have experience in developing SOW for related works, tender documents, and technical bid evaluation. Senior Pipeline Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Besides extensive expertise in pipeline design & engineering, familiarity with pipeline materials application and stress analysis is essential. Candidate must be fully knowledgeable about codes, standards & recommended practices for this discipline. Experience in the execution of similar projects is a must. Senior Static Equipment Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Extensive expertise in the design & selection of static equipment for oil and gas projects of comparable complexity and value is essential. Candidate must be fully knowledgeable about codes, standards & recommended practices for this discipline. Prior experience in the execution of similar projects is a must. Prior experience in projects handled in the Middle East will be added qualification for the work.


Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer 


B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

The minimum experience required is 15 years in EPC / Oil & Gas operations experience. Supervise, coordinate, and provide technical and operational support related to rotating equipment activities like an overhaul, revamp, rerate, studies, troubleshooting & RCA. Provide engineering support to the project during the SELECT, DEFINE, and EXECUTE phases, for rotating & package equipment engineering deliverables review, Design, Selection, bid preparation, tender technical evaluation, and project execution.

Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of all discipline-related international codes, standards, and other industry practices to be adopted during the DEFINE & EXECUTE Phases of the project. Candidate must be competent in the design, selection, and detailing of rotating equipment for oil and gas projects with extensive expertise in selection, troubleshooting, and technical support of rotating equipment discipline during the project and operation phase. Candidate shall also have experience in commissioning, handover, resolving interface issues, addressing punch points, and material handling / lifting studies to define material handling.
Prior experience in the execution of similar projects is a must. Prior experience in projects handled in the Middle East will be added qualification for the work. Prior experience in major rotating equipment operation phase, troubleshooting, technical support, refurbishment, repair, and upgrade is highly required and will be added qualification for the work


Senior Corrosion / Metallurgy Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Metallurgical Engineering from an accredited university. Additionally, registration with professional bodies as a corrosion engineer is desirable.

Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist with engineering CONSULTANTs/ CONSULTANT during the FEED phase/EPC phase of similar sour gas-related projects. Candidate should be fully conversant with industry standards & practices to be used in material selection, corrosion control & monitoring. Further, familiarity with the material’s performance & corrosion aspects involved in a harsh environment in the Middle East is essential. The capability to perform an audit on FEED Engineers / EPC CONSULTANTs on major oil & gas projects shall be an added qualification for this position.

Senior Project Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university. An advanced degree in Business Administration or Project / Program Management is desirable.

Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to manage projects internationally with extensive experience in providing project management services to oil/gas companies. Relevant experience in the Middle East would be preferred.

Senior Architectural Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university. An advanced degree in Business Administration or Project / Program Management is desirable.

Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to manage projects internationally with extensive experience in providing project management services to oil/gas companies. Relevant experience in the Middle East would be preferred.

Senior Architectural Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must possess excellent skills in creating theme-based architectural plot plans and artistic building plans & elevations. Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of international codes & standards, local building code, and statutory authority requisites. Must be capable of developing highly detailed architectural drawings with complete specifications. Must have good knowledge of the latest building materials/products, structural, mechanical, and electrical system codes, and methods of application. Must be proficient in the selection of finish materials including color palettes, flooring, wall finishes, ceiling, lighting, furniture arrangement, acoustics, and other various interior decorations. Must of capable of preparing landscaping drawings with details. Must be skilled in using specialized CAD software for architectural design and preparation of 3D perspective drawings. Knowledge of Green building requirements concerning certification criteria from LEED and Estidama is essential. Additional experience with Middle East projects will be preferred.

Senior Planning Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) from an accredited university.
Candidate must be experienced in the use of the latest version of Primavera Project Planner, MS Project & usual planning tools prevalent in the industry. Candidate must be familiar with planning and scheduling of activities for all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of major oil/gas plants. Candidate must have the ability to read and interpret contract terms, conditions, and specifications. Additionally, knowledge of quality control and assurance functions, methods of progress measurements, and verification would be desirable.

Senior IT Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science from an accredited university.

Candidate should have worked at least two FEED jobs and two EPC jobs. Also, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in EDMS and Networks System.

Senior Cost Control & Estimation Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate should have relevant experience in Cost Control & Estimation roles for large Projects in Oil and Gas industry and should be able to deliver on the following.

  • • Prepare Cost Estimates of Pre-FEED / FEED studies, PCM, and EPC-related jobs
  • • Develop contractual requirements relating to cost control & estimation, variations for Pre-FEED, FEED, PMC, EPC, etc.
  • • Evaluate cost-related Variation Requests / Claims by Contractors and prepare counter estimates
  • • Review & challenge the Project Cost Estimate / Economic Analysis submitted by Pre-FEED & FEED Engineer
  • • Develop cost database from completed Projects
  • • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of Processes and identify improvements in internal processes

Senior Marine / Coastal Structures Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of the design of fixed offshore structures (such as jetty, loading platforms, mooring/breasting dolphins, pipe trestles, etc.), seawater intake structures, causeways, outfall culverts, etc. Candidate must possess good knowledge of the technical requirements of the performance of bathymetry, seabed survey, and coastal modeling. Must have a broad knowledge of designing and detailing required for load out, transportation, installation, and methods used in the industry for offshore structures. Candidate must be familiar with all international codes, standards (such as API, BS, AISC, IBC, ACI, ASCE, BSEN) and other industry practices to be adopted during FEED & EPC Phases of the project. Candidate shall have a good working knowledge of the latest version of offshore structural design and analysis, software such as SACS, SESAM, etc. Working knowledge on re-assessment of off-shore structures using advanced analysis techniques such as push-over & fatigue analysis and strengthening/repair of existing structures will add to the qualification.

Senior SmartPlant / As-Built Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum of Ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry including Five (5) years of working on SmartPlant as an administrator.

Candidate should have sound knowledge and hands-on experience of SmartPlant Tools Administration like SPI, SPEL, PDS3D, SPP&ID, SPF, and S3D. Candidate should be able to perform customization, library creation, project set-up, and database debugging and possess sound knowledge of integrating and communicating among SmartPlant Enterprise tools. Familiarity with utilizing external utility tools like info maker, import utility, etc. and Site experience will be added advantage.

Senior Fitness for Service Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering from an accredited university. Qualification & certification from professional bodies as an API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 engineer is mandatory. Experience as a user of API 579 compatible software such as ANSYS and similar systems are valued.

Candidate must have worked as a lead engineer or specialist for more than 5 years on Fitness for Service Level 3 Assessments of process pressure equipment and piping systems in Oil & Gas related operating facilities. Candidate shall be conversant with pertinent industry construction, post-construction codes, standards & practices and have experience in modeling and analysis by advanced numerical techniques such as the finite element method or other experimental techniques.

SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Senior Sulphur handling package Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Provide Engineering, technical, and operational troubleshooting support, revamp, up-rate, studies, & RCA related to sulfur handling package & systems like liquid Sulphur receiving & transfer facilities, sulfur pumps, Granulators, & solid handling systems such as belt/screw conveyors, cleaners, Transfer Towers, sulfur dust suppression & dust collection system, sulfur storage, Granule Sulphur Stacker/Reclaimers, Train loading/unloading system and ship loading system and other associated equipment/systems related with solid handling

Provide engineering support to the project, SELECT, DEFINE, and EXECUTE phases, for sulfur handling package, engineering deliverables review, Design, Selection, bid preparation, tender technical evaluation, and project execution. Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of sulfur handling package-related international codes, standards, and other industry practices to be adopted during the DEFINE & EXECUTE & OPERATION Phases of the project.

Candidate must be competent in the design and detailing of sulfur handling systems with extensive expertise in Engineering, Design, selection, troubleshooting, and technical support of sulfur handling packages & systems during the project and operation phase. Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, RCA of solid handling equipment will be added advantage.

Senior Rotating Equipment diagnostic and monitoring engineers 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university with Vibration Cat III certification from an international certification body and system 1 knowledge.

Accountable to supervise and effectively manage all aspects of the Artificial Intelligent (AI), centralized Predictive, Analytic, and Diagnosing (CPAD) tool for Major Rotating Equipment and continuously reviewing the output of the Predictive Analysis and Diagnostic Software, analyzing/categorizing the early notifications and provide corrective actions and recommendations for online intervention to prevent business or safety impact and enhancing/extending the major rotating equipment Mean Time Between Overhaul based on equipment condition assessment to realize the system benefits of Performance Improvement and Major Maintenance cost optimization. Must be able to review different condition monitoring tool’s data from offline and online systems received from site personnel.

Coordinate and work with the designated site person(s) and interactively regularly to drive continuous improvement, synergy, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning and deliver the desired business strategy with the site rotating and reliability team. Candidate must be competent to write a descriptive rotating equipment assessment report for sites to defer any planned maintenance or to propose any maintenance based on the findings observed. Basic knowledge of AI and ML is an advantage.

Senior Lifting Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university. A minimum experience of 10 years in activities listed hereunder is required.

Hold current LEEA diplomas (4 minimum) qualifications for specialist lifting services, Technical and management system audit skills with TPI certification audits. Broad-based knowledge and conversant with international standards relevant to lifting equipment and operations e.g., API, ASME, BS, ISO, DIN, DNV, LR, LOLER, and the like. Remain up to date with the health and safety (HSE) at work guidelines, local statutory acts, legislations, and contracts management of lifting equipment. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, contractors, and TPIs handling and communication skills with proven QA/QC experiences.

The expected role and responsibilities of the envisaged “Senior Lifting Engineer” are indicated below

  • • Review design and engineering requirements for selection, procurement, manufacturing, and testing of lifting equipment
  • • Review Corporate Lifting and Hoisting Standards and respond to technical queries related to Lifting and Hoisting activities.
  • • Provide engineering support for critical lifts for the project and critical lifts at the site (e.g., lifting over live equipment, heavy lift) by reviewing of Lifting Plan Process/rigging plan and Participating in Risk Assessment, etc.
  • • Review and define the maintenance requirement for lifting equipment
  • • Participate in RCA related to Lifting and Hoisting
  • • Review the inspection test plan proposed by TPI for lifting equipment
  • • Participate in Site Audit to ensure compliance with a mandatory requirement
  • • Review and update the Pre-use checklist before lifting

Pipeline Integrity Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from an accredited university.

The candidate must be able to perform an integrity assessment of cross-country pipelines and act as the team lead for Cathodic Protection (CP), ILI & Corrosion Engineer team in developing Integrity Status Report. Candidate should be capable of assessing & validating all inspection data, uploading it into Pipeline Integrity Management Software, and issue integrity status report of all the critical pipelines.

Candidate should be able to develop the Intelligent Pigging (IP) in-line Inspection master plan based on integrity assessment, prepare to Look Ahead maintenance & inspection plan. Candidate should be able to guide on the execution of remedial action plan based on integrity status report, review & update related procedures, standards, and practices to maintain the pipeline integrity and issue integrity certification, Fitness for Purpose (FFP), remaining life assessments to recommend future action.

Cathodic Protection Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Metallurgy Engineering from an accredited university. Additional registration in professional bodies as a NACE CP-3/CP-2 engineer is desirable.

To review Cathodic Protection (CP) data of plant underground piping, tanks, pipelines, and jetty structures, and also conduct/supervise specialized surveys and recommend corrective actions, ensuring the integrity of plant equipment and pipelines.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Engineer 

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university with minimum of Six (6) years of working experience in the GIS domain including Three (3) years of relevant experience in the oil/gas industry.

The candidate must possess strong working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS V10.x, ArcGIS Pro 2. x or higher.
The candidate must have experience in maintaining a GIS database, mapping, and documenting data for pipeline operations in the oil & gas industry. Working knowledge of ArcGIS Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst. Strong skills in maintaining SDE layers housed in an ESRI ArcGIS Server SDE for Oracle or SQL-Server environment. Strong abilities in GIS analytics used in geo-processing, integration, and producing derived data sets, views, and published raster and vector services. Working knowledge in scripting languages and tools such as SQL, Python, Safe Software’s FME, ArcGIS Model Builder, and other spatial data processing tools and techniques. Knowledge of Oracle SQL, MS Access, and SQL-Server.

Rotating Equipment Engineer, contracts coordination, material handling

Diploma in Materials Management / Graduate with a diploma in materials management from an accredited university with relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience is desirable.

Accountable for closely liaising with sites from the removal of capital / Insurance spares as per plan, making sure to send to vendors/service providers for repairs/refurbishment activities, and returning the repaired items back to the site for items handled by the TE Rotating team. The job involves interface work with TE engineers, end users, planning, logistics department (raising logistics requests), warehouse (end user warehouse team for transportation arrangements), etc., following up with service providers to receive offers, inspection reports, final reports in time, budget plans, spending, etc. and provide inputs to relevant departments when requested. Closely liaise with a responsible engineer to review and approve inspection reports for the closure of each job.
Responsible for preparing supporting documentation (BOQs, bid evaluation criteria, and other standard documentation, etc.) upon receiving technical scope from a responsible engineer, raising necessary AR (Acquisition requests) / PR (Procurement requests) till completion of the work process, coordination with other involved departments (such as Procurement / Contracts division). Coordination with a responsible engineer for technical bid comments, technical bid analysis, etc. upon receipt of offers. Collecting performance / HSE Data from various sites for contractor performance data etc. Knowledge in SAP is mandatory.

Planner/Scheduler 

Post-secondary education or a technical trade diploma from an accredited institute with a minimum of ten (10)
years of relevant experience as a maintenance planner in the oil/gas industry.

The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for developing a reliability-based maintenance strategy, based on preventive condition and corrective maintenance. Reporting to Senior Planning Engineer and coordinating with Maintenance/Engineering team, the candidate must be capable of planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects independently. Candidate should be able to prepare maintenance schedule effectively and efficiently allocate necessary manpower. Candidate must have knowledge of a wide range of equipment and machinery operations, must be able to interpret equipment information, report maintenance history, and generate cost reports.

Draftsman / Designer 

Post-secondary education or a technical trade diploma from an accredited institute with a minimum of ten (10)
years of relevant experience as a maintenance planner in the oil/gas industry.

SmartPlant Designer 

Diploma in Engineering, Minimum 7 years of experience in Process, Piping, Instrumentation, or Electrical Design Discipline, which includes 4 years of experience in Smart Plant applications preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Document Controller 

Recognized Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute with a minimum of 7 years of working / professional experience.

High-level working knowledge of drafting skills, document control, and MS Office applications with good command of the English language.

Working knowledge of Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
